The Village Green Swim Team was established in Farragut, Tennessee in the late 1970's, providing quality professional coaching and advanced technical instruction for swimmers from 5 to 18 years of age with varying levels of swim experience and ability. We are members of the Greater Knoxville Area Interclub Swimming Association, GKAISA, and have been in their top-ranked division for 28 consecutive years. In 2025 we placed 1st in League 1 winning all four of our dual meets, 2nd in the Smoky Mountain Invitational Meet and 1st in the GKAISA City Meet Championship!

We also offer a Learn-to-Swim Feeder Program once a week for 3-4 year-old Lil' Gators.

We have strong traditions at Village Green and have been fortunate to have great coaches every year. Our 2026 season marks Head Coach Sarah Fortney's 16th year with Village Green, and she always has a terrific group of talented coaches assisting her for the summer. We are a well-organized team with strong parental support for our team of approximately 250 swimmers.
