VGST In-Person Registration is this weekend!

We are excited to see everyone at In-Person registration!

Date: April 11 from 8am-12pm or Monday or April 13 from 5:30pm-7:30pm!

Location: 4 Seasons Lane Cul-de-sac

*Please note, this is a mandatory event for all swim team families and those who do not attend will be charged a $25 fee as this creates additional work for our board members.

This is not required for our Lil Gators if you have already paid online or mailed a check.

** Parking is NOT allowed on 4 Seasons Lane. Please park along Monticello Drive and be careful not to block driveways

Remember to bring:

• CHECKBOOK TO PAY YOUR FEES (if you did not pay online). You will need TWO checks. Your account will not be approved until all fees are paid. Checks payable to VGST.
  
• We will have a fit kit and a QR code for placing orders through Kiefer Aquatics for team suits and caps.

Also remember:

• Download SwimTopia Mobile App to receive short ALERTS related to weather delays or cancellations. Log in with your website username and password and allow notification alerts with banner notification to receive these alerts in real time.
  
• Sign up for coach's texts.
  
• Apparel : If you ordered apparel during online registration you can pick up your order on 4/11. You can also place an order for additional team apparel on Saturday at registration! New apparel orders will be delivered at practice.
  
• Meet & greet your head coach Sarah Fortney and board members!
